Gowlett Grain grows and manages its own seed crops which are processed to a high standard in its plant facilities near Cambridge. Malting barley

- Cassata: new malting variety with Barley Yellow Mosaic Virus resistance
- Flagon: has performed well in this challenging season
- Pearl: sold out
Spring
- Optic: benchmark variety which is preferred by distillers
- Tipple: new malter which is performing well this season
- Westminster: new malting variety with good yield and quality
Milling oats
Winter
- Mascani: excellent grain quality with good yields, standing power and disease resistance
- SW Dalguise: early maturity with top yields
